About Me

Linda  A. Waterhouse
Maryville, Tennessee 37804

A native of the beautiful Adirondack Mountains in Upstate New York, I spent 40 years before moving to Florida, living and growing a family tree for 20 years; relocated to East Tennessee in 2006 and have no plans to EVER leave this paradise!

With a camera in my hand and “shooting” as far back as  memory allows....the first camera I remember using was a Kodak 620, an obvious film camera.
After serving many years in the corporate world, I decided to “retire” and pursue  my  love..... photography.  Graduated from New York Institute of Photography, from which I earned my certification at age 60.
My approach to taking photos: if ANYthing strikes me as a “photo op” –
landscapes, a bug or  a baby - I "shoot" it!   I have a "WARNING" sign on my vehicle: "WARNING - I STOP FOR PHOTO OPS"...
